Both strategies for short and long term have worked well. Entering the trade on the retracement after the breakout worked like a charm. So we are going to move the stop to 1.0492 (very close to our long term entry). We don’t expect prices to come below 1.0535 – the breakout level. But the correct critical support in a 6H chart is 1.0492.
NOTE: Since prices cleanly broke the neckline of the cup & Handle pattern, I suggest you start adding to your position using P&F. And remember you can buy on the pullbacks as well. Right now the trend is up! The Cup & Handle target is at the 1.090 area. So there should be plenty of opportunities to take advantage of this move.
